ACCOUNTING4WORK WP is both an intelligent and straightforward system for capturing the counter values of all print, copy and multifunction systems reachable over the network. This simple solution for fully automated billing based on counter values is a breeze to integrate. It fits into a box of just 15 x 15 x 2 cm in size, complete with passively cooled housing, and can be integrated quickly into a customer network using a standard Ethernet interface. All control and administration tasks are carried out using a web browser, such as Internet Explorer. Automatic system recognition makes initial installation quick and easy. Using extremely flexible request methods, the system ascertains and captures the data of all available output systems, without having to interfere with the print data streams. If colour and copy systems with the relevant requirements are in use, colour pages and scans are read out separately and stored.
